Siam Paragon, in cooperation with Gastronauts Asia, is pleased to announce the first installment of the much anticipated “Cross-Concept Pop-Up Series”. The series will feature several international Michelin-starred restaurant guest chefs who will stage “takeovers” of the different restaurants and retail spaces within Siam Paragon, in collaboration with several of Siam Paragon’s food and beverage outlets.
To create a unique dining experience, we will bring world-renowned chefs to take over the food and beverage outlets.

The Costardi Brothers
Christian and Manuel were born in Vercelli, Northern Italy. Working at their grandfather’s Hotel Cinzia, they eventually bought the restaurant and in 2009, earned a Michelin star, also winning that year, the award for the Youth Award from the Espresso Guide. They are also two of the founding members of the association of the ‘Ambassadors of Taste’ organisation. The Costardi Brothers will be preparing lunch and dinner with wine pairing supported by Bellavista and GFour on 16th and 17th November 2018 at AMICI, G Floor, Siam Paragon.

Fabrizio Fiorani
was born in Rome and trained in some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy, including the three-star La Pergola. His desire for international experience brought him to Heinz Beck in Tokyo, before in 2015 he was appointed pastry chef of Bulgari Tokyo-Osaka, teaming up with Executive Chef Luca Fantin at the Michelin-rated IL Ristorante (No.28 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list). Fiorani researches and creates contemporary sweet creations made using the finest quality ingredients and will be conducting a Chocolate Masterclass with Afternoon Tea and Dessert Dinner on 23rd and 24th November 2018 at Ladurée, M Floor, Siam Paragon.
