Would you like to eat more organic veggies but don’t know how to make the most out of a weekly CSA organic vegetable box?
Then this cooking class is for YOU.
In this cooking class you’ll learn how to create 5 simple recipes with organic vegetables that you can make at home in less than 20min, and keep for several days.
The 5 recipes you’ll be making are:
*Stir-fry Chinese kailaan with ginger
*Stuffed peppers with ground beef and cheese
*Pumpkin soup
*Italian chicken stew
*Cobb salad
The Pumpkin soup and Italian chicken stew are recipes you can make once and eat for 2-3 days, perfect for families and those who want to eat real food every day but may not have the time to cook daily.
Pumpkin Soup and Italian chicken stew will be made using a Thermomix.
This will be a hands-on cooking class where you will be provided with organic produce and pasture-raised meat by Paleo Robbie. Lunch included! 🙂
Your host will be Anita (the charming woman in the photo) who will be on hand to provide step-by-step instructions to make each recipe.
This cooking class is perfect for all levels, whether it’s your first time cooking or if you’ve been cooking for years and are looking for fresh ideas.
