Haoma’s Chef and Co-owner Deepanker Khosla most innovative young chef, and his partner in spice Chef Antony Scholtmeyer awarded with a michelin star from Capella Bangkok, would like to invite you to dinner.
Integrating especially selected ingredients from the plants as well as fish from Haoma’s very own on-site urban farm and from Haoma’s partner farms in Chiang Mai, the two accomplished chefs will lead you on a unique culinary adventure that interweaves the flavors of the Contemporary French-Japanese style which won Chef Antony a Michelin star in the First Edition of the Thailand Michelin Guide book, and a Progressive Urban farm style that Chef DK has developed at Haoma over the last year. The talented and creative Spanish Pastry Chef David Inglada from Capella Bangkok, will elaborate some sweet treats, with 2 desserts for this 4 hands dinner.
