The powerful motor and tough, sharp knife makes blending in your Thermomix ® effortless. Simply use the higher range of speed settings (between 6-10). A few seconds will achieve a more textured blend, but wait a moment longer and you’ll have silky smooth results.
It’s always best to gradually increase the speed when blending. Thermomix’s ® high-quality, durable knife and powerful motor even make light work of crushing and blending ice cubes or frozen ingredients.
